Controlled Scrimmage & Development Program (7th-8th Grade): This is an advanced level (not for beginners) youth program for girls looking to improve their basketball skills and knowledge of game situations. Previous experience playing feeder or aau is preferred. The first half of the practices will focus on learning game concepts of spacing and movement with and without the ball. The second half of the practice will be for controlled scrimmages. The girls will be split up into teams based on age and ability. Head Coached by former Professional Women’s Basketball Player and College Coach Alex Ward-Hibbert.
